Q. Are your units safe?
Without a doubt! We have made sure that each of our units has the very latest in
safety equipment. From our safety steps on all inflatables to the shade screen on
all of our open-top units, we take great pride in our focus on safety.
Q. What ages are your units good for?
We have something for everyone. Take a look through our site at our incredible
inflatables and waterslides for more information and recommended ages.
Q. What if there will not be power at my event?
No problem. For an additional fee Verve Events & Tents can bring a generator to
run our equipment or you can provide your own generator if certain
specifications are met.
Q. What type of surface can the Inflatables be set up on?
Our inflatables can be set on any type of surface. However, the water slides may
not be set up on a dirt surface.
Q. What if it rains?
You can cancel because of weather for no charge up until 24 hours prior to the
delivery. If the driver arrives and has not unloaded, you will only be responsible
for the delivery fee. Once the inflatable has been set up, no refunds or
adjustments will be made due to weather.
Q. May I have my event at a City or County Park?
In most cases, yes. However, please check with the individual park to find out
about specific rules and requirements.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
Verve Events & Tents requires 50% deposit to reserve your equipment and
payment in full prior to delivery.
Q. Should I reserve in advance?
Definitely! We have lots of Inflatables but the popular themes always get booked
up quickly, especially the water slides during spring and summer. The earlier you
reserve the more choices you have.
Q. What if I have problems during my party?
Never fear. Although we take great care in the set up of each unit, we know that
problems can occur. That's why there is someone to answer your call throughout
